Therapy should help you manage your anxiety, not create it. Let me walk you through the first couple of steps so you can know what to expect. After you contact me, we will set up a time for you to do a free 20-minute consultation via phone or video. During the consultation, we will briefly discuss what currently is going on for you, what will best meet your needs and any questions you have. During this appointment, you’ll get a feel of my style and if we are a good fit to work together. At the end of the consultation, we will know if the next step will be to schedule a full assessment. If we decide that your needs can be better met by another therapist, I’ll work with you to identify several therapists that may be a better fit.
